Based in Darlington, our independent record shop offers a rich collection of records and music memorabilia from the 1950s to today, attracting collectors and music lovers from the UK and beyond.
What began as a hobby and a personal collection turned into a thriving business when we opened our first shop in 2017 at Kearton’s Yard, just off Bondgate. By 2019, thanks to the enthusiasm of our customers and the growing demand for vinyl, we expanded to a larger space at 96 Bondgate, where we continue to welcome record aficionados and new listeners alike.
At Saxosoul Records, we’re passionate about music and dedicated to keeping the magic of vinyl alive.
Our shop is also a treasure trove of music memorabilia, providing a unique space to explore and discover pieces of music history.
We are situated on Bondgate in Darlington which is one of the main streets in the town centre. Two minutes from the bus stops, 10 mins from Darlington Train Station and is surrounded by plenty of pay and display carparks.
